- Understanding your body, soul and spirit is a process of tuning in to your being, food is for the body and feelings is for the soul.
- Feed your body with the right food so it can function well. Eat the food that will give you enough energy, boost your immune system and reset to its original healthy state, but first of all we need to do some cleansing.
- We do not create healthy body by eating the right food alone. The food that you eat affects your mind, your mind affects your emotion affects your body and so it goes round and round. By tuning in to your soul, you can understand your body better and be able to help you to combat hormonal imbalances and other foreign invaders that give you diseases.
